WHICH TERMS DO WE USE IN THE PRIVACY POLICY?

Account – a set of resources and settings created for the User on the Websites, used to manage services.

Unconfirmed account – a technical account created after the Service Provider receives a properly completed Registration Form or after Authentication and accepting the provisions of the Regulations or, in certain cases, applying to a job offer without confirming the Account creation. The Service Provider keeps the Account unconfirmed until the creation of the Account is confirmed, in any case not longer than for a period of 60 days.

Our clients – clients of MKS provides advertising services, i.e. services of providing marketing information regarding products and services of such entities to Users.

Employers – employers or personnel consulting agencies who publish job advertisements on our Websites or use our other services.

Profile – Account functionality, allowing the User to collect selected information, including the course of his professional career, education history and other skills, including User’s documents (e.g. CV).

Regulations – Regulations for the provision of electronic services as part of websites belonging to the company MKS.

GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of data).

Website or Websites – websites belonging to MKS, within which MKS provides its services.

Settings (Privacy) – the functionality of the Account, allowing the User using selected services to properly manage these services, including modifying their scope independently and choosing preferences regarding the protection of his privacy.

User – an adult natural person who has an Account and uses the services offered by MKSj on the Websites.

User not logged in – an adult natural person who uses the services offered by MKS on the Websites that do not require an Account.

You, your – User or User not logged in, respectively.

In the Privacy Policy, we also use the names of individual services and Account functionalities (e.g. Recommended job offers), which have been defined and described in detail in the Regulations.

    MKS is the administrator of your personal data in connection with the use of the Websites.

  1. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS, FOR WHICH PURPOSES AND ON WHICH LEGAL BASIS?
    Due to the fact that we provide various services to Users and Users who are not logged in, we process your personal data for various purposes, to a different extent and on a different legal basis specified in the GDPR. In order to provide you with the most transparent information, we have grouped this information with reference to the purpose of processing your personal data.

Creating an Account and authenticating the User on the Websites
The scope of data. For this purpose, we process the personal data provided by you in the registration form for the Websites, i.e. the e-mail address and the password you set up. If you register for the Services for p

Through an external authentication service (e.g. Facebook Connect), we also collect your name and surname.

In the case of creating an unconfirmed Account, we process your personal data (including e-mail address) also in order to send messages reminding you to confirm the creation of the Account.

Legal basis. Necessity to perform the contract for the provision of the Account service (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR).

Services that do not require an Account
Types of services. We process your personal data in order to provide services that do not require an Account, such as: Recommended job offers on the Websites, Search engine for offers on the Websites, Salary calculator, Career paths and CV and cover letter templates, documents and guides, the opportunity to participate in a Jobicon event.

The scope of data. For this purpose, we process personal data regarding your activity on the Websites, that is: data on the job offers and educational offers you view, as well as session data, your device and operating system, browser, location and a unique ID. If you use the chatbot in the Messenger application, we also process the data you provide in your Facebook profile (e.g. your profile picture) and any data that you provide in messages sent via the Messenger application.

Legal basis. Necessity to perform the contract for the provision of electronic services (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR).

Services and functionalities that require an Account
Types of services and functionalities. We process your personal data in order to provide services that require an Account, such as: Profile Sharing, Saved Searches, Applying to job offers, Answers to Employer’s questions, Earnings Reports, CV Creator and the following Account functionalities: Applying with Profile, Recommended job offers (received to the e-mail address provided or in the form of notifications in the mobile application), Informing about the application status, Filling the Profile with data about the User, Saved job offers, History of applying for job offers and Messages.

The scope of data. For this purpose, we process your personal data provided by you in the registration form, in forms facilitating the completion of the Profile, in the Profile, in application forms, in messages exchanged with the Employer and data on your activity on the Websites, that is: data on the job offers you view. and educational offers, as well as your IP address, session data, your device and operating system, browser, location and unique ID.

Providing some data is a condition for using individual services and functionalities of the Account (obligatory data). Our system automatically marks the obligatory data (e.g. in the scope of data on the current and last workplace). The consequence of not providing this data is our inability to provide certain services and Account functionalities. Apart from the data marked as obligatory, providing other personal data is voluntary.

Legal basis. Necessity to perform the contract for the provision of services in accordance with the Regulations (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR).

Using the mobile applications „job offers” and „CV”
The scope of data. In order to provide our Services in the mobile version via the Mobile Application ” job offers”, we process, inter alia, the following information about you: e-mail address, name, surname, photo (avatar), user ID, job search history, IP address, geolocation (if you consent to it on your mobile device). If you use biometric data for your authentication in the ” job offer” mobile application, eg a fingerprint or a face photo, these data will be processed by the software provider on your mobile device, eg Apple. If you use the CV Creator via the Mobile Application, we will process the information provided in the CV Creator.

Legal basis. Necessity to perform the contract for the provision of services in accordance with the Regulations (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) or our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in ensuring security or facilitating the use of the Mobile Application ” job offers” and „Kreator CV”.

Career paths
The scope of data. In order to provide the Career Paths service, we process the following data contained in your Profile: vocational summary, name, organizer and date of the course, school name, education level, specialization name, type of education, start and end date of education in a given school, job name, location a given position (place of work), date of commencement and date of completion of work in a given position, scope of duties in a given position.

Legal basis. Our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in the possibility of providing the Career Paths service.

Balance of interests. After weighing on

We believe that the processing of data from the Profile will not excessively interfere with your privacy and will not be an excessive burden for you. In the course of weighing interests, rights and freedoms, we took into account the following circumstances:

a) you have information about exactly what data from your Profile we process in order to provide the Career path service and what this service is about;
b) your reasonable expectation is related to the processing of your data contained in the Profile in order to provide the Career Path service in accordance with the Regulations;
c) as part of the Career paths service, we do not transfer your personal data to other Users or Users who are not logged in. As part of the presentation of a given career path, personal data is only shown in an aggregated (anonymised) form. It is not possible to identify a specific User;
d) we ensure that we have implemented appropriate guarantees to protect your privacy, namely we only use data relating to the professional sphere of your life (data contained in the Profile) and we do not combine this data with data from other sources;
e) we respect your will and we make it easier for you to exercise your rights. For this purpose, we provide the option to object to the processing of your personal data for this purpose.

Statistics on the use of individual Website functionalities and facilitating the use of the Website and mobile application as well as ensuring IT security of the Website
The scope of data. For these purposes, we process personal data regarding your activity on the Websites, such as: visited pages and subpages of the Websites and the amount of time spent on each of them, as well as data on your search history and sent applications for job offers, your IP address, location, ID devices and browser and operating system data.

Legal basis. Our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in facilitating the use of electronic services and improving the functionality of these services.

Determining, investigating and defending against claims
The scope of data. For this purpose, we may process some personal data provided by you in the Profile, such as: name, surname, date of birth, data on the use of our services, if the claims result from the manner in which you use our services, other data necessary to prove the existence of claims, including the extent of the damage suffered.

Legal basis. Our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in establishing, investigating and defending against claims in proceedings before courts and other state authorities.

Consideration of complaints and requests, answers to questions
The scope of data. For this purpose, we may process some personal data provided by you in the Profile, as well as data on the use of our services that are the cause of the complaint or request, data contained in the documents attached to the complaint or request. If you use the chatbot in the Messenger application, we also process the data you provide in your Facebook profile (e.g. your profile picture) and any data that you provide in messages sent via the Messenger application.

Legal basis. Our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in improving the functionality of services provided electronically and building positive relationships with Users and Users not logged in, based on reliability and loyalty.

Your satisfaction survey
The scope of data. For this purpose, we process your personal data, including: e-mail address and information about the date of the application sent to the job offer, as well as your answers to the questions we have prepared, contained in surveys and forms used for satisfaction surveys.

Legal basis. Our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in improving the functionality of services provided electronically and assessing satisfaction with the services we provide.

  1. HOW DO WE ASSESS YOUR INTERESTS AND PREFERENCES?
    Our websites are designed to best match job offers and any marketing messages to your interests and preferences (profiling). In order to provide you with the clearest information possible, below we describe when we use profiling and what it consists of.

Help in completing the Profile and encouraging you to use other services
To help you fill in the Profile as well as possible and to adapt our other services to your needs, we provide Users with dedicated forms or other applications, where the User can provide specific data and preferences, so that we can tell him how to fill in the Profile or encourage him to use our other services. (including Profile Sharing).

The scope of data. For this purpose, we process the personal data provided by you when creating the Account, in dedicated fo

forms introducing the Pracuj.pl services, data provided in documents saved by you in the Account (in particular, data contained in your CV), as well as data on your activity on the Websites, recorded and stored via cookies, in particular information about sent applications for job offers (clicks on the „Apply now” or „Mobile apply” button) and views of the application form not completed by sending the application.

Profiling. We use the above data to create your professional profile corresponding to your skills, education, experience, interests and preferences. Then, based on the professional profile created in this way, we suggest how to best complete the Profile and encourage you to use our other services.

Legal basis. Our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in making it easier for Users to fill in the Profile and encouraging them to use our other services.

Balance of interests. Having weighed our interest and your interests, rights and freedoms, we decided that the processing of data for the indicated purposes will not excessively interfere with your privacy or will not be an excessive burden for you. In the course of weighing interests, rights and freedoms, we took into account the following circumstances:

a) you have information about exactly what data we process to help you complete your Profile or encourage you to use our other services (including Profile Sharing);
b) your reasonable expectation is related to the processing of your data for the indicated purposes and is beneficial for you (we help you complete your Profile in the best possible way, which may help you reach Employers publishing job offers that suit you);
c) we ensure that we have implemented appropriate guarantees to protect your privacy, namely we only use data related to the professional sphere of your life and we do not combine this data with data from other sources (we only collect data provided by you on the Website or regarding your activity on the Website);
d) we respect your will and we make it easier for you to exercise your rights. For this purpose, we provide the option to object to the processing of your personal data for this purpose.

Recommended job offers
Type of services. Recommended job offers is a special, individual report on job offers published on the Website. Recommended job offers are presented to you on the Website before and after logging in, as well as in the form of notifications in the mobile application and in the web browser (web push notifications) and sent to the e-mail address provided by you.

The scope of data. For this purpose, we process the personal data provided by you when creating the Account, when completing the Profile and the data provided in the documents saved by you in the Account (in particular, the data contained in your CV), as well as data on your activity on the Websites, recorded and stored via cookies, in particular information about sent applications for job offers (clicks on the „Apply now” or „Mobile application” button) and views of the application form not completed by sending the application.

Profiling. We use the above data to create your professional profile corresponding to your skills, education, experience, interests and preferences. Then, based on the professional profile created in this way, we select and present you the best job offers.

Legal basis. Implementation of the functionality of Recommended job offers as part of the Account service (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR).

Profile sharing
Type of services. In accordance with the Regulations, we can provide the Profile Sharing service for you in the following way:

1) share your Profile with Employers based on your automatically created professional profile. We will compare the professional profile created by us with the expectations of Employers so that we can make it available to those Employers who, in our opinion, publish job offers that are best suited to you (Automatic Matching);
2) share your Profile with Employers without being matched by us. We have defined candidate search filters for Employers (e.g. according to the last Profile update) and on this basis Employers can independently, through an appropriate combination of filters, find you on our website intended for Employers (User Search);
3) share your Profile with Employers who are looking for candidates who best match your professional profile. In this case, your professional profile will be created by our recruiter and will contact you in order to make the Profile available to the Employer (Preselection).

The scope of data. For these purposes, we process the personal data provided by you when creating the Account, provided in the Profile, including documents in the Account and data on your activity on the Websites, recorded and stored via files.

cookies, in particular the date of the last update of the Profile, information about sent applications for job offers (clicks on the „Apply now” or „Mobile application” button) and the candidate’s recommendation history. In addition, in the case of Preselection, we can also process the information that you provided to the recruiter during contact with him (by phone or e-mail).

Automatic Adjustment (profiling). In the case of Automatic Matching, we use your personal data to automatically create your professional profile, corresponding to your skills, education, experience, interests and preferences. Then we compare the created professional profile with the expectations of the Employers in order to recommend you to the Employers who publish, in our opinion, job offers that are best suited to you. You have the option to indicate to us Employers to whom you do not want to share the Profile in accordance with the rules described in the Regulations.

Preselection. In the case of Preselection, our recruiter will contact you to ask if you are interested in an Employer’s job offer that matches your professional profile. The Recruiter may also ask you additional questions or specify specific information contained in your Profile. Before sharing your data, our recruiter will ask for your consent to transfer the data to a specific Employer.

Legal basis. Implementation of the Profile Sharing service (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) and our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in providing Employers with the possibility to search for the User who ordered the Profile Sharing service, using specific search filters on the website intended for Employers.

Marketing of our products, services and our clients
The scope of data. For this purpose, we process the personal data provided by you when creating the Account, completing the Profile, data contained in separate forms for obtaining consents or newsletters, and data on your activity on the Websites, recorded and stored via cookies. Activity data relates in particular to such data as: search history, clicks on the Websites, visits to the main pages of the Websites and their subpages, login and registration dates, data on the use of specific services on the Websites, history and your activity related to our e-mail communication with You.

Profiling. We use the above data to create your professional profile corresponding to your skills, education, experience, interests and preferences. Then, to the created professional profile, we adjust marketing information about our products and services as well as our clients that may be of interest to you.

Remarketing. In order to reach you with our marketing messages outside the Websites, we use the services of external suppliers. These services consist in displaying our marketing messages on websites other than the Websites. For this purpose, external providers install, for example, an appropriate code or pixel to download information about your activity on the Websites. Details can be found in the Cookies Policy

Legal basis. Our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in the marketing of our products and services as well as the products and services of our clients (including potential employers).

Balance of interests. Having weighed our interest and your interests, rights and freedoms, we decided that marketing combined with profiling will not excessively interfere with your privacy and will not be an excessive burden for you. In the course of weighing interests, rights and freedoms, we took into account the following circumstances:

a) you have expressed your desire to receive marketing messages to the e-mail address provided (separately for messages regarding Pracuj.pl and our clients), and therefore we believe that you can reasonably expect that we will send you this type of messages;
b) Your reasonable expectation is related to receiving messages concerning not only get2job.pl, but also our clients (including potential employers). Information on potential employers (their products, services or image) is, due to the specific nature of the Website, particularly expected by Users who are actively seeking employment;
c) as part of the marketing of our clients’ products and services, we do not provide your personal data to these clients; in this way, we limit the group of people who have access to your personal data;
d) we create your professional profile based on the data provided by you and data resulting from your activity on the Websites (profiling). Then we use the profile created in this way to personalize the marketing messages sent to you. We also assure you that we have implemented appropriate guarantees to protect your privacy, namely:

i. we only use data relating to the professional sphere of your life.

Business we only treat what concerns your work, not your private life,
ii. we only use data regarding your activity on the Websites, We are interested in what job offers you are looking for and which offers interested you, not what you do on other websites;

e) we respect your will and we make it easier for you to exercise your rights. For this purpose, we provide the ability to easily withdraw consents to receive marketing messages by e-mail, among others from the level of Account settings (Settings (Privacy) tab), as well as from the level of received e-mail messages. At the same time, we treat the withdrawal of consent to receive such messages as an objection to profiling for marketing purposes.

Competitions
The scope of data. We process your personal data that you provided in the application form to participate in a specific competition. The form indicates which information fields are required and which are voluntary. Filling in the fields marked as required is a condition for applying for a specific competition.

Legal basis. Our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in the promotion of our products and services by organizing specific competitions and building relationships with our Users or Users who are not logged in. If you are the winner of a specific competition, we will also process your personal data in order to fulfill our tax obligations related to the settlement of the award (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).

social media
The scope of data. If you visit our profiles, including fanpage on social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), including participation in our various actions organized on such social networks (e.g. contests, promotional campaigns, advice, the possibility of asking questions), we process your personal data obtained through these media, incl. Your first and last name, username, profile picture (avatar), information contained in your posts and comments.

Legal basis. Our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in building positive relations with our Users or Users not logged in to social media or in marketing our products and services, including organizing various competitions and other promotional campaigns aimed at job candidates.

  1. WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA WHEN YOU APPLY TO JOB OFFERS?
    If you use the Application for job offers, we process your personal data, such as: e-mail address and data contained in the application form, for the purposes of keeping statistics and measuring traffic on our Website. In addition, we require you to provide your e-mail address after clicking the „Apply now” or „Mobile apply” button in order to direct you to the appropriate screen on our Website (login or registration) and enable you to send a job offer to the employer as soon as possible. If you participate in an online recruitment meeting with your employer, we process your personal data such as: nickname or first and last name or other data necessary to connect the online meeting. If you answer the Employer’s questions when applying, your personal data in the form of the answers provided will then be available in the Job Application History in your Account.

We do not process personal data contained in your CV, application form or other documents contained in your Account for the purposes of recruitment. In this regard, we process your personal data only at the request of the employer who posted the job offer. We only act as an intermediary in the exchange of personal data between you and the employer and we are not the data controller.

  1. WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?
    We provide your personal data to the following categories of recipients:

Employers
We share your personal data with employers using our websites.
The sharing of personal data takes place when using the Profile Sharing service. Employers to whom we provide your personal data independently determine the purposes and methods of processing this data, without being subject to our instructions in this regard (they are separate administrators of your personal data). Therefore, we are not responsible for their actions and omissions.

Service Providers
We provide your personal data to service providers that we use to run the Websites. Service providers to whom we transfer your personal data, depending on contractual arrangements and circumstances, or are subject to our instructions as to the purposes and methods of processing such

h data (processors) or independently define the purposes and methods of their processing (administrators). You can find a list of the providers whose services we use here. The list is constantly updated.

Processors. We use suppliers who process your personal data only on our instructions. They provide us with cloud-based hosting services, provide us with online marketing systems, for displaying web push notifications, for sending e-mails, for analyzing traffic on the Websites, for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, as well as supporting the implementation of specific services and functionalities. Accounts (eg career paths, online recruitment meetings).

Administrators. We use suppliers who do not act solely on our behalf and will set the goals and methods of using your personal data on their own. They provide remarketing campaign services for us and conduct statistical research. Our websites also use the YouTube API service. Location. Our suppliers are based mainly in Poland and other countries of the European Economic Area (EEA), e.g. in Ireland. Some of our suppliers are based outside the EEA. In connection with the transfer of your data outside the EEA, we made sure that our suppliers guarantee a high level of personal data protection. These guarantees result in particular from the obligation to use standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission (EU).

You have the right to request us to provide you with copies of standard contractual clauses specifying appropriate safeguards by directing your inquiry in the manner indicated in point 2 of the Privacy Policy.

State authorities
We provide your personal data if requested by authorized state authorities, in particular organizational units of the prosecutor’s office, the Police, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection or the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.

  1. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
    Data collected as part of the Account service. We store Users’ personal data for the period of having an Account on the Website for the purposes of providing the Account service and related functionalities and other services in accordance with the Regulations, as well as for marketing purposes. After deleting the Account, your personal data will be anonymized, with the exception of the following data: name, surname, e-mail address and information about the consent (we will keep this data for a period of 3 years from deleting the Account for the purpose of considering complaints and claims related to the use of our services).

Data collected as part of an unconfirmed account. We process personal data collected in connection with the creation of an unconfirmed Account for a period of 60 days from the date of sending the activation link to confirm the creation of the Account or sending the application for a job offer without confirming the Account in accordance with the Regulations. After this time, your personal data will be anonymized.

Data collected using cookies. We store the personal data of Users and Users who are not logged in, contained in cookies, for a period corresponding to the life cycle of cookies stored on their devices. Details on how we use cookies can be found in the Cookie Policy.

Data collected as part of questions, complaints and requests. We process the personal data of users who are not logged in and send us various inquiries, complaints and requests, including the data contained in the content of messages addressed to us, for the period necessary to consider a given inquiry, complaint or request, but not longer than for a period of 3 years from receipt specific message. If a specific message constitutes or may constitute evidence in proceedings before a court or other state authority, we may store such messages and the personal data contained therein until the final conclusion of the proceedings.

Data processed on the basis of our legitimate interest. When the basis for the processing of your personal data by us is our legitimate interest (apart from processing for marketing purposes), e.g. in order to provide specific services / their development or keeping statistics, we will process your personal data until we recognize the reported by you as effective. object to the processing of your data for these purposes.

    We ensure the implementation of your rights indicated below. You can exercise your rights by submitting a request on the contact form. Additionally, you can make selected changes to the Account settings in the Settings (Privacy) tab after logging in to the Website.

The right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw any consent

the receipt that you gave at the time of registration to the Website, as well as when using individual services and functionalities offered on the Website. Withdrawal of consent takes effect from the moment the consent is withdrawn. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out by us in accordance with the law before its withdrawal.

Withdrawal of consent does not entail any negative consequences for you. However, it may prevent you from continuing to use the services or functionalities that we can legally provide only with your consent.

The right to object to the use of data
You have the right to object at any time to the use of your personal data, including profiling, if we process your data based on our legitimate interest, e.g. in connection with the marketing of our products and services and our clients, keeping statistics on the use of individual Website functionalities and facilitating the use of the Services, as well as a satisfaction survey.

Opting out of receiving marketing messages regarding our products or services or our clients will mean for us your objection to the processing of your personal data, including profiling for these purposes.

If your objection turns out to be justified and we have no other legal basis to process your personal data, we will delete your data, the use of which you objected to.

Right to erasure („right to be forgotten”)
You have the right to request the deletion of all or some of your personal data. We will treat the request to delete all personal data as a request to delete the Account.

You have the right to request the deletion of personal data if:
a) you have withdrawn your specific consent to the extent that personal data was processed based on your consent;
b) your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
c) you have objected to the use of your data for marketing purposes;
d) you objected to the use of your data for the purpose of keeping statistics on the use of the Website and satisfaction surveys, and the objection was considered justified;
e) your personal data is processed unlawfully.

Despite the request to delete personal data, in connection with the objection or withdrawal of consent, we may retain certain personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of establishing, investigating or defending claims. This applies in particular to personal data including: name, surname, e-mail address and application history, which we keep for the purpose of handling complaints and claims related to the use of our services.

The right to limit data processing
You have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted. If you submit such a request, until it is considered, we will prevent you from using certain functionalities or services, the use of which will involve the processing of data covered by the request. We will also not send you any messages, including marketing messages.

You have the right to request the restriction of the use of your personal data in the following cases:
a) when you question the correctness of your personal data – then we will limit their use for the time needed to verify the correctness of your data, but no longer than for 7 days;
b) when the processing of your data is unlawful, and instead of deleting the data, you request the restriction of their use;
c) when your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which we collected or used them, but you need them to establish, assert or defend claims;
d) when you have objected to the use of your data – then the restriction takes place for the time needed to consider whether – due to your special situation – the protection of your interests, rights and freedoms outweighs the interests that we pursue when processing your personal data.

The right to access data
You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether we process your personal data, and if this is the case, you have the right to:
a) access your personal data;
b) obtain information about the purposes of processing, categories of personal data processed, recipients or categories of recipients of these data, the planned period of storage of your data or the criteria for determining this period, your rights under the GDPR and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the sources of these data, about automated decision-making, including profiling, and about the security measures used in connection with the transfer of this data outside the European Union;
c) obtain a copy of your personal data.

The right to rectify data
You have the right to rectify and supplement the personal data provided by you. You can do this with p

separately in the Settings (Privacy) tab. With regard to other personal data, you have the right to request us to correct this data (if it is incorrect) and supplement it (if it is incomplete). Legal basis: art. 16 GDPR

The right to data portability
You have the right to receive your personal data that you provided to us, and then send it to another personal data administrator of your choice, e.g. to another operator of similar websites. You also have the right to request that personal data be sent by us directly to such other administrator, if technically possible.

We will send your personal data as a csv file. The csv format is a commonly used, machine-readable format that allows the received data to be sent to another personal data administrator.

When do we fulfill your request?
If, in exercising the above-mentioned rights, you make a request to us, we comply with this request or refuse to comply with it immediately, but no later than within one month after receiving it. However, if – due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests – we will not be able to meet your request within a month, we will comply with it within the next two months, informing you in advance about the intended extension of the deadline.

For technical reasons, we always need 24 hours to update the settings you choose in our systems. Therefore, it may happen that you will receive an e-mail from us during the system update, from which you have opted out of receiving.

Reporting complaints, inquiries and requests
You can submit complaints, inquiries and requests to us regarding the processing of your personal data and the exercise of your rights.

If you believe that your right to personal data protection or other rights granted to you under the GDPR have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw (www.uodo.gov.pl).
